Here We Go! Another exciting year for the Pictou District Honour Choir is beginning to fall into place.  We hope you are eager to see all your PDHC friends – or to make new PDHC friends if you are a new chorister – to limber up your voices, and share another year of music making and adventure. As always, there are great things planned.

Choir Cancellations:

The following is the choir’s policy on cancellations due to inclement weather:

· The choir does NOT automatically cancel practice when the schools are closed for the day because of inclement weather conditions.

· If the weather looks too bad to hold a rehearsal – this applies to Tuesday night Chor Omega rehearsals, Saturday morning Chor Alpha rehearsal and Saturday workshops – the choir director will make that decision about two hours before the rehearsal is scheduled to begin. This information will be sent to CKEC Radio – listen for it there. In some cases, a phone-around will also take place.

Also you can go to CKEC Radio’s website for Eastcoast FM – www.ecfm.ca – pull down the Community tab and go to Cancellations.
